Williams back in favour at Rovers

The Pirates had gone behind to a James Tunnicliffe goal after 56 minutes in their 1-1 draw with Brighton on Saturday, but improved when Williams entered the fray as a substitute.[LNB]It was Williams who provided the cross for Jo Kuffour to shoot past Kuipers from close range after 67 minutes. Williams was taken off the transfer list this week after a series of effective displays as a substitute and Rovers manager Paul Trollope admitted the striker was pushing for a place in the starting line-up.[LNB]"Andy has done really well for us as an impact player being introduced from the bench this season," he said. "I now have to decide whether he would be equally effective playing from the start.[LNB]"He has certainly given me food for thought. We paid for a poor 15 minutes at the start of the second half when they scored and our passing and movement was too slow.[LNB]"But overall we created more than enough chances to win so, while I'm very frustrated, it isn't the end of the world."[LNB][LNB]
