Trollope wants Pirates to press on

Trollope saw his side make their best start to a league campaign during his four-year tenure with a 2-0 home win over Millwall. Trollope, who aims to bring in a new striker through the emergency loan system, said: "We're delighted with the start we have made. "There is a good spirit about the team and, apart from a disappointing display at Wycombe, we have played in a thoroughly professional manner. "It's early days and no-one is getting carried away, but if we can be where we are now after 10 games there will be every cause for optimism." On bringing in new players, Trollope added: "We hope to bring in at least one and maybe two players on loan, with a striker the priority. But the players wearing the shirts at the moment are doing a very good job and it's all about creating extra competition for places."
