The high-flying Pirates are third in League One after picking up 22 points from 11 games. Trollope's side are without a game until they visit Southend on Saturday week and the Rovers boss has urged his players to improve their record at the Memorial Stadium to stay in the promotion shake-up. "We know that at the end of the season our away record will probably stand up and compare with anyone in the division, but it's our home record that is going to be the crucial thing," he told the Bristol Evening Post. "We have had a couple of little hiccups at home, but generally we have been strong and have played some good stuff."
