Rovers started the season well but Friday's 3-2 FA Cup defeat at Southampton was their sixth defeat on the trot and they have now slipped out of the promotion play-off places.[LNB]Trollope is looking to pick up the three points by any way possible at home to Carlisle.[LNB]He told the official website: "You look back at recent seasons and we have had the odd bad run and you usually come out of it with a scrappy win, or a tight win, and we would take that right now.[LNB]"We are disappointed to have fallen out of the top six, but we are still ninth in the league. We have been disappointed in recent weeks, but we are not far away from that top six and we've got some very good home games coming up.[LNB]"One win can spark us again, and there is no reason why this group of players can't go on a winning run to lift ourselves back up into the top six."[LNB][LNB]
