Rovers went ahead early on in Saturday's League One clash at the Memorial Stadium through Dominic Blizzard's 25-yard effort, but the U's hit back five minutes later when John-Joe O'Toole's header deflected a Phil Ifil shot past Mikkel Andersen.[LNB]Jo Kuffour forced the ball home from Chris Lines' header after 67 minutes and then provided the cross for Lines to volley home and make it 3-1. Colchester substitute Kayode Odejayi reduced the deficit late on but it was not enough.[LNB]Trollope said: "I'm delighted. Our last two home games have brought victories over Charlton and Colchester, who are both top sides.[LNB]"Colchester showed why they are up there. They have tremendous resilience and put us under a lot of pressure by getting balls into our box at every opportunity in the closing stages. But we defended well for most of the game and not many sides score three against them so I have to be pleased with our attacking play as well.[LNB]"For Chris Lines to get 10 goals from midfield at this stage of the season is a great effort and he has developed into a real threat going forward."[LNB][LNB]
