Rovers host Orient on opening day
Trollope's side will welcome Orient on August 8 before back-to-back away games against Stockport (August 15) and Hartlepool (August 18).
The Pirates will be looking forward to a lucrative home fixture against Norwich on October 3.
The Christmas period sees Rovers host Walsall on Boxing Day before a trip to Millwall on December 28.
Local rivals Swindon travel to the Memorial Ground on December 12, with the return fixture at the County Ground on March 6.
Easter sees Rovers make the long trip to Carlisle on April 3 before a home tie with the MK Dons on April 5.
The Pirates wrap up the season with a trip to title favourites Leeds on May 8.
