Pirates sunk on the coast
Weston-super-Mare claimed a 1-0 pre-season win over a young Bristol Rovers side on Wednesday night.
A strong first half saw Rovers create a host of chances in the final third but fail to take advantage of their openings.
Yet the roles were reversed after the break and Weston captain Craig Rand grabbed the only goal of the game in the 68th minute.
