Pirates steal it through Anthony

Byron Anthony was Bristol Rovers' last-gasp hero as the Pirates claimed a dramatic 2-1 home victory against 10-man Yeovil. The Glovers appeared to have salvaged a point when Adam Virgo cancelled out Jo Kuffour's 45th-minute opener opener in the first minute of stoppage time. But Anthony popped up to fire in the winner with 94 minutes on the clock to break Yeovil's resistance. The Glovers went behind at the end of the first half when Kuffour headed in a cross from Gary Sawyer. And they then had Jean-Paul Kalala sent off for two yellow cards with 10 minutes left. But as the game entered injury time, central defender Virgo volleyed in Andy Williams' corner from close range. Yeovil celebrated but their joy was shortlived as Anthony lashed the ball in off the underside of the crossbar to seal Rovers' first win of the season.
