Meanwhile, Trollope has aspirations of a top-10 finish for his side and victory could put the Pirates in poll position to achieve their goal ahead of the final game of the season on May 2.
"There is a lot riding on the game - more than usual," said Trollope. "It is a local derby so it always has that added bit of spice anyway, but given what could be at stake there could be even more than normal.
"I expect it will be a good atmosphere and the results in midweek of the teams around them mean that they will be desperate to win the game.
"But we want to win it too and we know we are going to have to go there and produce a better level of performance than we did in the last hour against Brighton on Tuesday night."
