Bristol Rovers striker Jo Kuffour believes the club's summer signings can help propel his side to success in the forthcoming npower League One campaign. The Pirates ended up with an 11th-placed finish last season and manager Paul Trollope has been busy in the transfer market to ensure the club can make a more serious push for promotion this term. Harry Pell, Will Hoskins, Wayne Brown, Gary Sawyer, Luke Daniels and James Tunnicliffe have all been added to the squad in recent months, and Kuffour is pleased with the new additions at the Memorial Stadium. Kuffour, who scored twice in the recent 3-1 friendly win against Greenock Morton, told the club's official website: "There has been a lot of changes from last year, so the quicker we can gel the better. "`Trolls' has brought in some good players, and I think we will have a good chance of doing well this season and our aim should be to finish higher than last year. "The manager has said that he aims for a really good team spirit amongst players and staff, and that has certainly been in evidence during pre-season."
