Lines: Cumbrians clash is 'massive'

The Pirates made a great start to the season, but have dropped down to ninth after losing five league games on the spin, then crashing out of the FA Cup against Southampton last Friday.

And Lines believes it is vital that Rovers stop the rot against Carlisle and also pick up three points against Gillingham in their next two games.

He told the Bristol Evening Post: "Saturday's game against Carlisle is a massive one. We'll go into it as favourites to win and sometimes last season we struggled in that sort of game.

"But if we are going to be in or around the play-offs, these next two home games are ones we definitely have to be winning."
