Lawrence lusts after promotion
Lawrence suggested securing a play-off place next season would be a challenge, with the prospect of Southampton, Charlton and possibly Norwich all coming down into League One.[LNB]But he believes his club is making the required progress and, with luck, could gain promotion.[LNB]"I think Bristol Rovers can sustain Championship football in the future and we will get there in the end," Lawrence told the Evening Post.[LNB]"But it will need patience and tolerance - and key players to stay injury-free for virtually the whole season.[LNB]"We have made progress in the last two seasons in League One and next season we have to do it again and kick on."[LNB][LNB]
