Lambert expecting extra attention
The 27-year-old hit the net 29 times last time out but knows he is unlikely to find it as easy this time around.
"I got a bit of extra attention at the end of last season but I'm not really worried about it as long as we're winning," he told BBC Radio Bristol.
"If I'm playing well the goals will come and I'll put the hard work in.
"I'd like to be more consistent. I was lucky that last season even if I played badly I was scoring, so I'd like to play as well as I can in every game."
