Kuffour boost for Bristol Rovers

Bristol Rovers boss Paul Trollope expects to have striker Jo Kuffour available for the trip to derby rivals Swindon.

Kuffour is recovering from the effects of a virus and was replaced during Tuesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy victory over Aldershot but is set to be passed fit.

The Pirates are further boosted by the return of midfielder Chris Lines after he served a one-match ban in midweek. Lines, who has been shown five yellow cards in 10 games, could go straight back into the starting line-up.

Last season Rovers beat Swindon 3-0 at the Memorial Stadium in December and recorded a 4-0 romp at the County Ground three months later.

Trollope told the club's official website: "We have the belief that we can go there and win."
