Green makes return to Hereford
Green, who made 91 appearances for the Bulls between 2003 and 2006, joins from Bristol Rovers with his contract commencing from July 1.
His time at Bristol Rovers was plagued with injuries, managing 27 appearances for the club in a three-year stay.
Bulls boss John Trewick told the club's official website: "I am delighted to welcome Ryan back to the club, he will be a big player for us next season."
