Forster chasing number one spot
The 21-year-old joined the Pirates on an initial one-month deal from Newcastle on Friday and is relishing the prospect of playing first-team football.
He told the club's official website: "There has been talk of a move for some time, but it was all pretty sudden in the end.
"Everything was agreed last Wednesday and I'm just glad to get it done."
Forster added: "It will be nice to play football, get a few games in here and possibly get the loan extended."
