Brought into the side to replace £1million export Rickie Lambert, Duffy opened the scoring with a 36th-minute spot-kick, sending goalkeeper Clark Masters the wrong way after Adam Hinshelwood's foul on Chris Lines.[LNB]Duffy doubled the advantage after 55 minutes, shooting home after Masters had saved his penalty which was awarded for another foul by Hinshelwood, this time on Jo Kuffour.[LNB]David Pipe handled a right-wing corner to give Aldershot their penalty two minutes later, but although Marvin Morgan converted it comfortably, it was not enough.[LNB]Goalkeeper Rhys Evans, making his Rovers debut after signing a short-term contract, made brilliant saves to deny Scott Donnelly early on and Louis Soares at the death.[LNB]Masters also played his part, with a fine stop from Carl Regan's header and two from lively substitute Ben Swallow.[LNB][LNB]
