Duffy buzzing for new campaign
The Scottish forward scored twice in Bristol Rovers' 4-1 win over Torquay at the weekend and is confident he can carry the form into the new season now that he is fully fit.
"I wasn't really fit when I came to the club and was playing catch-up," he told the Bristol Evening Post.
"It was probably Christmas or maybe even January before I started to feel really good in matches, because I was in and out of the side and couldn't really get a run of games going to build up my fitness.
"But this year it's totally different. I felt great on Saturday and could have played a lot longer if required. Hopefully I can stay injury free in pre-season and start the new one with a bit of a buzz."
