Bristol Rovers' preparations for the new season continued with a 1-0 friendly defeat to Premier League West Brom.
Graham Dorrans' 50th-minute strike gave the Baggies the win, but Paul Trollope's men put in a spirited display at the Memorial Stadium.
Rovers featured new signings Luke Daniels, Gary Sawyer and Will Hoskins in their starting line-up and Trollope takes his side to Cheltenham for their next friendly in midweek.
