Disley calls for final flourish

Midfielder Craig Disley says Bristol Rovers need to get back to winning ways for next season as much as this after losing 2-1 at home to Huddersfield. The Pirates have now lost two of their last three games after a six-match unbeaten run pushed them up the table. "Hopefully it's just a blip," Disley told BBC Radio Bristol after the loss. "We've got to finish strongly. If we want to start next season we'll we have to finish well. This year we started sloppy because we finished sloppy." Rovers failed to win any of their final four games of the 2007/08 campaign, losing their last three when they scored just a single goal. And this season they lost six of their opening nine games in all competitions and won only one of their first nine League One matches, although they have since recovered and sit 14th in the table and clear of relegation worries.
