The 24-year-old has opted to join the Pirates on a three-month loan deal from Charlton despite Gillingham making their interest in him public.[LNB]Dickson scored 11 goals in a 14-game spell with the Gills two years ago but has decided to move to Bristol rather than returning to Priestfield and should go straight into Paul Trollope's side.[LNB]Trollope, who is now officially the club's manager after signing a new deal that means he is no longer the first-team coach, has no injury or suspension worries.[LNB]David Pipe may not be involved, though, after being arrested on suspicion of assault.[LNB][LNB]
