Coles would return for play-offs

Coles has been sidelined since last October with a knee injury and while he is making good progress in his recovery, Trollope insists he will only consider picking the 27-year-old if the Pirates claim an unlikely play-off place. He told the Bristol Evening Post: "It is important he comes back for the first day of pre-season fit and ready to go. It would be unwise to rush him back just for a couple of games at the end. If circumstances need it there's an outside chance. "There's a gap to the play-offs now. We've got a few games in hand so we can close that if we perform to the right level, so we believe it's possible. "Danny's involvement if that were to happen is a possibility. But that's a lot of 'ifs' together."
