The centre-back spent eight games out of the Pirates' starting XI before making a dream comeback in Tuesday's 2-0 win over Oldham with a goal and a clean sheet.[LNB]And Anthony, who drew praise from coach Paul Trollope, believes his commitment in training was the reason for forcing his way back into the starting line-up.[LNB]"It's not nice when you are out of the team but it's important you keep Trolls and Lennie (Lawrence) thinking by doing well in training and pushing as hard as you can because you will get your chance," he told the Western Daily Press.[LNB]"You do get frustrated because it is hard not playing. But if you keep your head down, you will get your rewards in the end if you carry on working hard.[LNB]"It's been tough, but I said to Trolls I knew I had to work hard, keep my head down and keep going - and that's what I've done. Now I've been rewarded with my place back in the team."[LNB][LNB]
