The 32-year-old's spell at Elland Road was set to expire following Monday night's League One clash against Millwall.

However, the Bristol City man, who has scored once in five league appearances for Leeds, will now stay for another month.

Leeds boss Grayson is pleased to have retained Trundle who confirmed earlier on Monday he was happy to stay at the club.

"I'm delighted we've got it sorted and we will have Lee here for a further month," Grayson told the club's official website.
