The Robins - beaten in last year's play-off final by Hull - currently lie in eighth place but Fontaine believes the squad is more relaxed this season as they bid for a Premier League spot.[LNB]"Last season, we'd just come up and the Championship was all new to us. There were a lot of nerves and none of us was quite sure what to expect," he told the Bristol Evening Post.[LNB]"We're better prepared to do well now. We know the teams in this league and we're confident we can at least match any of them."[LNB]Fontaine added of the Wembley defeat to the Tigers: "It was the best and worst day of my career and I was gutted when we lost.[LNB]"It's made us even more determined to reach the play-offs again. If we can do that, then we'll be in a better position to go up."[LNB][LNB]
