The Robins sit two points out of the play-off zone heading into this weekend's clash with Reading, and Johnson has reiterated his desire to be in the promotion mix by the end of the festive period.[LNB]"We had a fantastic game at Leicester [a 3-1 win]," he told the Bristol Evening Post.[LNB]"We had a good, strong, solid performance and then three days later we lost it at Doncaster and, unfortunately, that is what happens at this level.[LNB]"The boys have to be a bit more consistent. When we get a great result we all think we have cracked it and then next minute we lose a game and everyone thinks 'Back to the drawing board'.[LNB]"But, hopefully, over the Christmas period we can propel ourselves into the top six, in which case you are competing in the second half of the season in with the top teams and that is really where you want to be."[LNB][LNB]
