No change in Basso's City situation

The 34-year-old Brazilian shocked the Robins by handing in a transfer request on the eve of the season and has subsequently lost his place as the club's number one.[LNB]Chairman Steve Lansdown recently urged Basso to decide where his future lies by either signing a new deal or confirming he would leave at the end of the season, but as yet there has been no change to the situation.[LNB]"Adriano and I have been talking but there has been no change," Lansdown told the Bristol Evening Post.[LNB]"It is a policy of mine not to discuss players' contracts in public but Adriano and I understand one another and are happy with the situation."[LNB][LNB]
