Millen has already notched up two good results after taking over from Gary Johnson, gaining a point in a 2-2 draw with league leaders Newcastle and a 5-3 win against Barnsley.[LNB]He told his club's official website: "The lads are buzzing and we're confident; we have to go to Peterborough and get three points.[LNB]"It would be nice to keep a smile on anyone's face. Every win makes the league table look a bit better as well.[LNB]"It's important for the club that we keep moving forward and gathering as many points as we can. Financially there's a big incentive as well for the club because money is paid out at the end of the season, staggered, based on where you finish in the table.[LNB]"We certainly won't let the season drift away. It's important we keep this good spell going and try to get back-to-back wins."[LNB][LNB]
