Bristol City boss Keith Millen has urged his players to finish the npower Championship campaign on a high for outgoing chairman Steve Lansdown. Having already signalled his intention to stand down from the Ashton Gate board after more than a decade at the helm, Lansdown will be succeeded by chief executive Colin Sexstone on June 1. City's home game against Hull will be Lansdown's last as chairman and Millen is determined to give the millionaire businessman the perfect send-off. "Let`s win our remaining two matches for the chairman," said Millen, whose side travel to Derby on Saturday. "Given what the chairman has done for this football and what he will continue to do in the future, it will be quite an emotional time. "He has had a great spell in charge and everyone associated with the club wants to give him a great send off before he leaves his post as chairman. I've spoken to the players about it and I can tell you it is a powerful motivating force in our dressing room."
