Millen delivers video nasty

Keith Millen sent every Bristol City player home with a DVD of the club's second home defeat in four days after the Robins' 2-1 loss to Coventry. And the manager will ask his squad to report for training on Monday ready to tell him whether they performed to a satisfactory level. Millen said: "To be honest, I don't think many will be able to claim they did everything possible to get us a result. I'm looking for a healthy debate about our performance, rather than simply dictating my own thoughts. "That's 10 goals we have conceded in four home games this season and it's a record we have to address quickly. "We have the personnel to move us up the table and I'm certainly not thinking about relegation so early in the season. But we need to be stronger and more committed. "Marvin Elliott set an example and has come off with cuts and bruises. I don't see too many other players in the same state and we need to start putting bodies on the line."
