Maynard at the double in City win
Nicky Maynard scored twice for the Robins, with new signing David Clarkson and Bradley Orr and completing the rout.
"They did okay," Johnson said of his players on the club's official website. "It was a very good first half with lots of opportunities created by us.
"The nature of the game was to get 90 minutes under the lads' belts and that's how it panned out."
