Maynard at home in the Championship
The 22-year-old joined from Crewe in a deal worth in excess of £2million last summer but hit just 11 goals during his debut season with the club.[LNB]But in a stunning turnaround of form, he has already scored 10 goals this time around and believes it is purely down to the time it has taken him to adjust to life at a higher level.[LNB]"I don't think I was ever going to adapt straight away," he said. "I needed that time to adapt as playing in League One was a little bit easier for me.[LNB]"But in the first part of this season I've felt a lot more comfortable and I hope I can continue."[LNB][LNB]
