Johnson reveals keeper interest

Johnson had hoped to complete the deal before the start of the season but is in no rush to sign the player due to Dean Gerken's encouraging start to his Robins career. He told the club's official website: "The latest is we're in the hands of the club we're trying to take the loan off, this happened two to three weeks ago. But while our first-team keeper is doing well there is no need to panic. Dean is the man with the shirt." Johnson also confirmed he is still in the market for a centre-forward. He added: "I've told everybody for the last six weeks what we're looking for but we've got to make sure it's the right type of player. "We are looking to improve our squad all the time. We will do the right thing at the right time."
