Jay Emmanuel-Thomas is a League One player in big demand, and a return to the top flight of English football is not beyond the realms of possibility.
Emmanuel-Thomas has been an indomitable force in the City side also pushing for promotion, providing goals and assists galore for Steve Cotterill’s men.
The former Arsenal player, who scored in every round of the 2009 FA Youth Cup in helping the Gunners lift the trophy, only made one first team appearance for the North London club.
But, having had a successful spell with Ipswich, has truly come of age in the West Country where he and Fulham loanee Matt Smith have been terrorising defences.
