Improved City bid for Jones rejected
Bristol City have had a second bid for Billy Jones rejected by Preston.
Robins boss Keith Millen is keen to add to his squad before the transfer window closes and had already seen an offer for the versatile 23-year-old turned down this month.
Preston chairman Maurice Lindsay said: "We turned down a big bid from Bristol City for Billy, that was an improved offer from one they made earlier."
