City ran out 2-1 winners against the high-flying Baggies with Haynes proving a constant threat from the flank, but the former Ipswich man concedes his fitness levels were not at their highest.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "It was a real shift for me on Sunday and that's why I was on the floor ready to be replaced 10 minutes from the end.[LNB]"Looking back I don't know if I was 100 per cent match fit after the illness and I lost a bit of weight from that.[LNB]"However, I was really happy with the way I performed in the game and hopefully I and the team can take that forward."[LNB][LNB]
