The Northern Ireland international, who fired home an angled drive after beating four defenders at the Walkers Stadium to give City a 19th-minute lead, has only recently returned to the side following compassionate leave.[LNB]Sproule told the club's official website: "It was a special goal. Everyone knows that myself and my wife have had our troubles over the past couple of weeks and it's been hard getting my head around playing football again.[LNB]"My wee girl is always in my thoughts, even when I'm on the pitch. I said that my first goal on coming back would be dedicated to her and it was a special moment.[LNB]"I've scored some good goals, but goals that mean something special to you are just that, extra special. You score to claim three points or to win cup finals, but there was sentiment in that goal.[LNB]"It's something I'm glad I've done. The club have been fantastic to me and so have the fans. It's a thank you for how they've helped me and my wife through this."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
