The QPR striker, who is on loan at Ashton Gate until the end of the season, has won four caps for Ghana, but has not been selected since 2006.[LNB]The 29-year-old admits that a lack of regular action at Loftus Road has made it difficult for him to be picked, but he remains determined to get the most out of his spell with the Robins and do everything he can to get on the plane to South Africa.[LNB]"I've not played for my country for a couple of seasons now and they have gone with other strikers. Hopefully, that will change now I'm with Bristol City," he told the Evening Post.[LNB]"I've spoken to the Ghana assistant manager and told him about my move to Bristol and he's promised to watch me after the Africa Cup of Nations is over.[LNB]"Judging from what he said, there could be another opportunity for me to break back into the national squad. But I know I have to show him what I can do. Now would be the perfect time to break back into the squad with the World Cup finals coming up at the end of the season."[LNB][LNB]
