Brighton & Hove Albion boss Dean Wilkins slammed the attitude of his players after Saturday's 1-0 defeat at fellow strugglers Brentford.
The Seagulls slipped to 17th in the table on the back of their fourth game without a victory and Wilkins was unhappy that his players failed to listen to pre-match advice.
"Had the players done what they were asked then we would have scored," he fumed.
"They are not listening to the little bits of detail, so we are not winning as many games as we should do.
"I am fed up with people telling me that we look a good side but are not winning. It is not on everything, it is just little bit of detail that is missing.
"I have no complaints about the sending off but I am furious with my players because Brentford's player (Charlie Ide) is only 18 and he caused us too many problems."
