Seagulls suffer twin blow
07 Oct 2008 - 14:36:27
Brighton boss Micky Adams may move into the loan market after first-choice strikers Glenn Murray and Nicky Forster picked up injuries.
Murray suffered a thigh strain against Cheltenham on Saturday while Forster sustained a knee injury in training.
Adams told the Argus: "Obviously we'd prefer to have our first-choice pairing available, especially Glenn Murray in the sort of form he's in at the moment, but we'll have a look at the squad and see what options we've got.
"If the options aren't sufficient we'll probably dive into the loan market.
"The squad's a good squad though and I think we should be doing better but we don't get as depressed as some people.
"We pick ourselves up and come again. We aren't the finished article by any means, but we never said we were."
