Seagulls snare Forster

Brighton & Hove Albion boss Dean Wilkins has bolstered his strikeforce by capturing Hull City's experienced striker Nicky Forster.

The Seagulls, who had a £100,000 bid for the 33-year-old rejected by Hull in January, have snapped up the forward in a £75,000 deal.

The former Gillingham, Brentford, Birmingham City, Reading and Ipswich Town marksman has agreed a three-year contract with Brighton.

Forster has a wealth of experience having scored 146 goals in 488 league appearances during a 15-year professional career.
