Brighton winger Elliott Bennett believes that hard work on the training pitch can help eradicate the defensive mistakes that occurred during Saturday's 3-2 defeat to Southend United.
Alongside his team-mates, Bennett was forced to sit and watch the defensive frailties from the weekend defeat on DVD in preparation for their tough trip to Bristol Rovers on Saturday.
Speaking to the club's official website, he said: "We are disappointed but we will knuckle down, learn from it, remove the mistakes and look to start a run again at Bristol this week.
"If we had scored all of our chances we would have put the game to bed, but as a team we still have to defend better.
"We need to learn quickly. I am sure we can sort it out in training this week and turn it around."
