Seagulls bitter at Virgo blow

Brighton & Hove Albion defender Adam Virgo has been handed a five-game ban by the FA for his dismissal in the 1-1 draw with Northampton Town.
Virgo was already set for a four-game suspension for his spat with the Cobblers' Adebayo Akinfenwa, but the FA have added an extra game as they felt the appeal had 'no prospect of success'.
A dispirited Albion caretaker manager Dean White told the club's official website: "Akinfenwa is making all the aggressive moves if you like and we thought that Adam had done nothing wrong.
"Several people looked at it and we don't take these decisions lightly. It costs the club money.
"We're just very disappointed with the outcome."
