Navarro targets February return

Crocked Brighton midfielder Alan Navarro has targeted a return to action in February.Navarro needed surgery after suffering cruciate ligament damage during the Carling Cup clash with Northampton in August but is ready to step up his rehabilitation.He said: "I'm due to see the specialist in three weeks and hopefully he will give me the go-ahead to start straight-line jogging and step up my gym work."I've set myself a target of being back for our game at my old club MK Dons on February 26 and I'm confident I'll make it, if not sooner."
