McNulty agrees to join Albion

Brighton boss Micky Adams has made Stockport County left-back Jim McNulty his sixth signing of the January transfer window.

The 23-year-old turned down the chance to move to the Withdean Stadium last month after the two clubs had a agreed a £150,000 transfer fee.

However, he has now completed a U-turn by signing a three-and-a-half year contract with the Seagulls.

Adams has already signed Craig Davies, Calvin Andrew, Seb Carole, Jason Jarrett and Chris Birchall this month.
