Brighton have parted company with midfielder David Livermore by mutual consent. The 29-year-old, who moved to the Withdean Stadium from Hull City in the summer of 2008, has struggled with injuries recently. His contract was due to expire in the summer but he has parted company with the Seagulls with immediate effect. He made 21 appearances for the club in the last 18 months but his only match this term was when he came on as a substitute in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash at Leyton Orient.
