A second-half strike from top scorer Scott McGleish cancelled out Glenn Murray's early opener for Brighton as Leyton Orient salvaged a point.Murray drew first blood when O's keeper Jamie Jones miskicked a back-pass. Liam Dickinson was denied a penalty after a Ben Chorley challenge, and Seagulls boss Gus Poyet was sent from the dugout for his protestations.
