Injuries pile up for Albion

Brighton and Hove Albion have had to add goalkeeper Michels Kuipers to their growing list of injured players.

Captain Nicky Forster is already out, while Glenn Murray will be missing for the next fortnight.

The goalscoring responsibilities have instead been given to Joe Anyinsah and Adam Virgo, although Virgo is the first to admit that Forster and Murray will be welcomed back.

"Nicky got 19 goals last year in this division and Muzza has got seven in five. He is on a great run and to lose someone as prolific as him is difficult," Virgo told The Argus newspaper.

"The best teams in the world when they lose their strikers lose games. It's very disappointing we haven't got natural strikers in the team to put the ball in the back of the net.

"Hopefully the manager will try and sort something out but if not Joe (Anyinsah), myself and anyone else will do our best."
