Hart pens Seagulls deal

Brighton veteran Gary Hart has signed a new one-year contract with the club.

Hart, 30, made enough appearances last season to trigger a clause in his contract which ensured he would be offered fresh terms.

The utility player featured 29 times for the Seagulls last term.

"It was touch and go last season whether I got another year, but I'm delighted to sign the new deal," he told the club's official website.

"It's a big thing in my life to make that ten years and I will be rewarded with a testimonial."
