Davies agrees Seagulls switch

Brighton manager Micky Adams has added to his attacking options by agreeing a deal to bring Oldham Athletic striker Craig Davies to the Withdean Stadium.

The 23-year-old will sign a two-and-a-half-year contract with the Seagulls on Monday and is expected to make his debut against Peterborough United.

Adams said: "He's a big, strong centre-forward capable of scoring goals at this level.

"He gives us another different forward option, alongside our existing strikers."

The Wales international scored 13 goals in 55 appearances for the Latics.
